I am currently developing a weight loss program that is designed to help those who have been struggling with their weight and have tried all kinds of diets without success to lose weight and keep it off permanently. I'm especially interested in helping women over 40 for whom weight loss is especially challenging. The program will teach you new ways of eating, simple exercises that don't require hours in a gym and will address the barriers that could be preventing you from losing weight and keeping it off.
