I hope March is getting off to a good start for you. It has been nice to have some warmer days. This month brings family birthdays as well as the beginning of Spring. My daffodils are blooming already. Soon it will be time to put in a garden.
I'm still working on the Slender Living System. It is a comprehensive program and I'm putting a lot of work into it. It has 55 lessons that not only cover what and when to eat but also the emotional components of weight loss, exercise, food preparation, mindfulness, dealing with stress and sabotage, and maintenance. Besides the video lessons and PDF downloads which will be delivered over a 10 week period, everyone will have the opportunity to be part of a facebook mastermind group for support forever. This system has made it possible for me to finally lose weight and break thru the plateau where my weight always stalled. It is amazing. I got rid of all the elastic waist clothes and have had to buy a new wardrobe (actually several if you count all the sizes I have dropped). I'm really looking forward to sharing it with others and seeing the great results. Janet
