I don't know what the weather is like where you are, but here it is seriously cold for us in the North Carolina Mountains. If anything were falling, it would be snow. We do still have a little bit from a few days ago but it has mostly been sunny and cold. It is good weather for staying inside, reading books, etc. What do you like to do in the winter?
At this time of year, I also like to review last year's goals and make some new ones for this year. I write them down and I have the new ones posted above my computer screen where I will see them to remind me what I'm supposed to focus on for this year. I'm also going to make a "vision board" where I put pictoral reminders of what I want. Along with doing that, I'm working on removing distractions that keep me from working. I don't know about you, but I'm very easily distracted by social media, television and similar activities that take up time but don't really contribute to my happiness or a better life. I'm hoping this will help me to be more productive. And that means that I will be able to bring you more books, blogs, health information and free up some time for taking on some coaching clients. If there is anything in particular that you would like to see, let me know.
