Have you lost and gained the same weight over and over?  Are you frustrated with diets that promise a lot, but fail to deliver the permanent weight loss you want?  Are you tired of feeling unattractive and of not being able to find nice clothes that fit?  Do you feel discriminated against because you are overweight?  Do you have health problems like diabetes and hypertension because of your weight?

I've been there.  Even with all of my credentials and years of study, I tried every diet in the book before finding things that actually work.  

I am currently developing a weight loss program that is designed to help those who have been struggling with their weight and have tried all kinds of diets without success to lose weight and keep it off permanently.  I'm especially interested in helping women over 40 for whom weight loss is especially challenging.  The program will teach you new ways of eating, simple exercises that don't require hours in a gym and will address the barriers that could be preventing you from losing weight and keeping it off.   I will be bringing you more information once the course is open for enrollment.
